How about a cat that doesn’t use a litter tray? It goes to the toilet instead. I can get you one of those.

It uses tissue and cleans it’s bottom afterwards. (Doesn’t need to wash it’s paws as they don’t touch anything.)
And no, it doesn’t flush it.
